Fitness

Our fitness programs, which include Strength and Conditioning, Power Boxing, Cardio Kickboxing and Yoga, are non-combative classes that will challenge every student regardless of their fitness level. Instructors will teach proper technique to insure efficiency and safety. Functional training will prepare you for self-defense scenarios while improving your overall health and well-being. You will burn calories and have fun doing it.

Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning is for members looking to improve their conditioning levels and is a must for students looking for both weight management and overall muscular toning. The class difficulty can be easily adapted to suit the needs of individual students, making it great for both beginners and accomplished athletes.

Power Boxing

An American Staple in both fitness and combat sports. The boxing class is a great entry into the world of striking (Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai are all categorically considered striking arts) due to the fact that you're dealing with two limbs as opposed to four or even eight. Don't go in thinking it'll be easy though, this Boxing class will push you to achieve your fitness goals

Cardio Kickboxing

The Kickboxing class is for all levels looking for a non-combat training environment (there is no sparring/contact in these classes). The curriculum centers on basic technique served at a high volume. All levels welcome.

Yoga

The Yoga class is designed to help build core strength and flexibility while complementing your overall training program. Learn breathing and meditation techniques while working on postures and mobility. All levels welcome. Yoga Mat and towel required; however, we have loaners available.

Muay Thai

Orientation

The Orientation Class (book with front desk) is designed for students that are brand new to striking (Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai) and would like a prep class to feel more comfortable with the basics. Students will learn how to wrap hands, the beginning of our boxing number system, as well as basic kicks and movement. Questions are encouraged to help cater the session to your needs.

Beginner

The Beginner Class ensures that all new students start their Muay Thai journey with both a strong physical and technical base. The curriculum centers on a six month rotating curriculum intended to give students the offensive, defensive, tactical and physical appreciation for Muay Thai. The Beginner Class is only available for White and Yellow Band Muay Thai athletes.

The Intermediate Class is a 1.5 hour long session for the students and fighters ready to get a more in depth knowledge of advanced Muay Thai techniques. Entry into class requires instructor approval.

This sparring class is designed to put all technique into practice. Curriculum is centered on sparring scenarios and more advanced Muay Thai technique. Students will be able to put into practice what is covered in their respective Muay Thai class and have a more in depth lesson toward building a complete Muay Thai game. Entry into the advanced sparring class requires instructor approval.

All Levels

The all levels fundamentals class is centered around core techniques that every Muay Thai practitioner should know. Students will be able to improve their overall Muay Thai knowledge and receive a more thorough introduction into advanced technique. Students are encouraged to ask questions as they develop their skills and technique through partner based activities. All members welcome, but the class moves quickly so it is recommended student's take a month or two of the Beginner Classes before attending.

Jiu Jitsu

Gi

The Gi class is designed to cover core techniques that every Jiu Jitsu practitioner should know. Students will improve their overall Jiu Jitsu knowledge, increase movement and move toward learning more advanced techniques. Students are encouraged to ask questions to improve their overall understanding of the technique and positions. All student levels welcome. Gi required for class participation.

No Gi

The No Gi class will cover both fundamental and advanced technique. Students will have the opportunity to learn the same modern Jiu Jitsu being taught in the Gi classes but learn how to adapt them in No Gi situations. Students must wear rash guard to participate in classes.

The kids Muay Thai class introduces students to the art of Muay Thai in a way that increases focus, discipline, physical and mental strength; as well as both their fine and gross motor skills. Students will progress through our Muay Thai band system as they develop as young martial artists.

Sparring

The Kids Sparring class is for children interested in competition. Curriculum is centered on sparring scenarios and more advanced Muay Thai technique. Students will be able to put into practice what is covered in Muay Thai class and have a more in depth lesson towards building a complete Muay Thai game. Intermediate students will begin to learn sparring in a live scenario with full safety equipment in a fun but controlled environment.

Personal Training

Focus Group

Small subscription based group training involving one coach and a maximum of four students. These classes are ideal for students looking to take regular "semi-private" lessons but still enjoy having a few regular teammates to energize them through their workout. These are also highly recommended for athletes looking to compete. Students must book these in advance at the front desk.

Students can sign up for one to two focus group sessions a week, either in addition to or separate from a traditional monthly class membership.

Private Lessons

While there are extensive benefits to group training, private training is still the most effective way to achieve the goals you are looking for. With an extensive roster of highly trained professional coaches we offer development programs for fitness, weight loss, technical development, sparring mastery, elite class competition, or for students that just prefer a one on one setting. Semi-Private Lessons

Students can book a small group training session of one to four members where an instructor can design a development program that suits your goals. Many students use semi- private lessons for specific skills development or for small group boot camp style fitness sessions.
