While there are no dedicated open gym hours at this time, there are periods where certain sections of the mat are not being used by classes and students may partner up or work individually to improve their skills.

It is always respectful to check with coaches to see if areas are available for use outside of scheduled class hours. We also recommend speaking to the front desk to find out which areas are typically open during the day/evening time.

No! However, all students are recommended to speak to a physician if they are participating in rigorous athletics for the first time.

Does Muay Thai have a belt system?

Muay Thai incorporates a band system which has many of the same properties as the belt system common in traditional systems. We use a ranking system similar to the Thai Boxing Association so that everyone, whether fighter or not, can work side by side in a system that gives merit regardless of competitive experience.
