Students will develop martial arts skills, gross and fine motor skills for athletic development and confidence through applying what they know to create a true foundation for self-defense and self-confidence
Our goal is to give your child a head start in athletics and set the groundwork for more advanced training as they continue their martial arts journey in a fun and safe environment
TEEN MUAY THAI
AGES 13-17 YEARS OLD
The teens program is designed to combine the physical and skills nature of training with the confidence and mental health needs of todays society.
Our classes provide a healthy avenue to relieve stress through heavy bag, padwork and partner training while developing self defense and martial arts skills in an environment that keeps teamwork and confidence at the forefront.

The first day will consist of age-appropriate warmups, technique, fundamentals and focused strikes on the heavy bag or on pads with one of our professional coaches.
The main goal during the trial is to learn some of the fundamentals of Muay Thai while having fun in class getting to know our coaching staff.

Our Kids/Teens coaches have a combined 40 years of martial arts experience giving our students a wealth of knowledge to draw from. Our head coach alone has 20 years of experience teaching kids of all ages.
Their passion and experience in the art allows our students to develop both their physical potential as well as the mental fortitude at a faster rate than other programs.
